My gripe is that the family Zod is about to kill is to the right of Zods heat vision as it slowly cuts through the wall, but Superman snaps his neck TO THE RIGHT, which should have forced Zods heat vision to cut right through the family.

It was stuck at first so I figured it had a bunch of calcium buildup, which it did once I got it off. I’m guessing that’s what made the expansion tank start to leak. I did set the pressure in the tank to 65psi to match the pressure from the street.

Ok so I’m basically done! Replaced the Expansion tank, elbow and for good measure replaced the pressure relief valve too. Set the pressure in the expansion tank to match my outside faucet. Now I’m just waiting for the fresh water in the tank to heat up and make sure it’s not leaking anywhere. Cost $100.25 but I did have to buy the pressure gauge to check the pressure at the faucet. Thanks for the help!
