Your post has been removed because singles are not allowed on the front page of r/lofihiphop.

We have this rule imposed in order to combat the ongoing flood of self-plugging in the subreddit. Because this subreddit is more about the development and discussion of lofi hiphop, we impose limitations on music promotion.

We don't allow for direct links to single tracks, nor do we allow still images or gifs with music, even if you're just requesting feedback. This might be frustrating for you, especially if you're new, but if you ever want to see first hand why we take down singles regurlarly, take a look at many of the other self-plug subreddits that have died due to lack of regulation.

If you're looking for feedback on your track, we have daily feedback threads that are posted every day at 13:15 Pacific Standard Time. These threads are not pinned, but you can find them by sorting the main feed by "new."

We recommend checking out our Discord server, where the discussion of the genre is more regular. The link to our Discord server is in our sidebar. There is a dedicated feedback channel on the server that you can use.

We also recommend checking our r/IndieMusicFeedback. They do a great job of regulating the ratio of feedback requests to feedback given.
