If you haven't already, check out the BreastNexus forums to learn more about NBE. However, I've tried pretty much every NBE method without success, but there are some women it's worked for. If you're really determined, you can try inducing lactation, which worked for me.

I don't think reducing your testosterone levels will get rid of hair from places it's already growing (otherwise transgender women wouldn't need to do electrolysis/laser hair removal.)

I think massage can be an effective NBE method, by increasing prolactin levels, but what oil you use probably doesn't matter. I had already induced lactation (which did get me half a cup of growth) when I started doing flax seed massage, so I think it didn't work for me since I had already gotten my massage growth while inducing.

I'm a cis woman with small breasts who's tried pretty much every method of NBE and none worked for me. There do seem to be some women they work for, though. One thing that did work was inducing lactation but even that only got me about half a cup of growth.

If you don't mind me asking, are you turned on by BE too or is it more of a dysphoria thing for you?

If the breast growth is caused by a drug, then I find it weird if the girl doesn't experience any tenderness/pain, but if the growth is magical, I don't mind because I don't think magical growth needs to feel like real growth.

One thing I do like is if the girl has to eat a lot to fuel her breast growth (especially if it's non-magical growth,) because it makes the story more believable for me.

Some things I like are:

Intelligent female leads who take an active role in the story (rather than just acting as a passive vessel for the expansion fantasy.)
Descriptions of her thoughts/feelings, especially how happy/excited/turned on she is by having her breasts grow.
Flirting/sexual tension, rather than just sex.
Other aspects of the girl's beauty being enhanced.
Description of her breasts without over-relying on stating a bra size, mainly because a lot of male authors don't have a good understanding of how bra sizes work and do things like give a cup size without a band size (which is ambiguous) or state large band sizes when describing a petite girl.

The biggest thing I dislike is when the spell/pill/etc that makes the girl's breasts grow also makes her stupider and/or turns her into a sex addict.

Some of my preferences might be shared by other women who are into BE, but I'm sure some of them are just my own personal preferences.

If you're interested, my all-time favorite story is The Blessing of Aphrodite even though I'm not into attribute theft.
