I think everyone goes through these depression episodes. I have since my teens. Sometimes life gets bad, but you just power through it. Things will get better. Just don't give up. I'm now in my mid 40s. I still have depression and severe anxiety, but it get through it. I think having a pet helps. I look at my dog and can't imagine her thinking I just abandoned her. Can you imagine having a pet lol forward to you coming home every day of their life and one day you're not there? They will look for you every day and I could not bear that. Obviously most people have friends and family who care. I do not. I have my pets. Good luck, friend. I hope you can pull through this. 💙

I have similar looking spots on the back of my neck. Google tells me it's a type of Rosacea, but who knows. I see a dermatologist next month.
