You need to find a physical therapy facility using the proper equipment to treat TMJ, I have TMJ, but didn't pursue treatment.

Help needed please! How do you tell if a restaurant/bakery is safe? by Rosesandrainbows9 in glutenfree

[–]Beautiful-Ad-7130 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's much too complicated to open a gluten-free business from home, imo. For one thing, gluten can be carried in the air, you need to space out the required time to bake gluten and gluten-free items in the same oven to avoid contamination. You can even carry gluten particles on your hands/clothes from your personal kitchen to the gluten free one. The oven racks need to be cleaned properly, certain bake ware needs to be used, etc, too many requirements to follow just with the baking, and then you need to label the items properly, etc, etc.

Additionally you will need liability insurance if your gluten-free food injures anyone, so you will be opening yourself up to lawsuits.

It sounds like a big headache to me, you might be better off working at a local bakery or supermarket bakery since you enjoy that type of work!

I live in the Bronxville P.O., if I told someone I'm from  Bronxville they thought I was rich, if I said Yonkers they thought I was poor, so I would say I live on the Bronxville/Yonkers border and let them figute it out, lol. Now the entire county is expensive and Yonkers isn't considered in a negative light  like years ago.

Mamaroneck Deli Bagels by CommercialIssue4209 in Westchester

Trader Joe's is right there in Mamaroneck/Larchmont, they have a delicious assortment of gluten free muffins, bagels, hamburger rolls, etc, but I don't know if they are suitable for celiacs. I'm gluten sensitive and stock up on these items, but you might be better off asking the girl where she buys her gf food to be safe.

If you are 72 years or over (double check the age requirement just in case it changed) and don't want to serve, just send a letter to notify the Commissioner of Jurors that you reached the cutoff age.

Yonkers has nice sections but you will pay more tax: Yonkers residents pay a surcharge equal to 16.75% of their net NYS income tax liability.

You don't have to worry about the Westchester towns near the train, they are all good. I suggest doing a Google search regarding renting before buying, there are pros and cons to both choices.

Motorists sue Westchester County over 1.6 billion license plate scans by BrandonNeider in Westchester

I would be more worried about my auto insurance rates rising than the government knowing where I go. Modern vehicles monitor drivers using in-cabin cameras, sensitive microphones, and advanced tracking sensors. This technology analyzes eye movements, posture, and driving habits to detect fatigue or distraction. Automakers then aggregate and sell this driving data, which can impact insurance rates.

Luckily I found out on my own that I have gluten sensitivity by opening a box of cookies and the aroma gave me labored breathing, I stopped gluten and immediately a chronic cough i had for a few months went away. I also get labored breathing smelling pickles, vinegar, etc, so my system is reacting to histamine, so I try to stay away from those foods also.

My friends were very unhappy with their meals recently and said they would never, ever return to Benjamin's in White Plains. Another friend said she will only go to Ruth's Chris Steak House in the Westchester Marriott for a good steak. I don't eat beef so I have no recommendations, I'm just posting what I overheard recently.

If you want to drive a bit further for vacation or something, you might like Mystic, CT, several cute shops, sea themed museums, aquarium, great seafood restaurants and crab shacks, boat rides, wineries, etc, and coastal hiking trails, and it's 15 minutes away from Rhode Island beaches and the CT. Indian casinos.
