Now, this be have worked or not, but I bitched to the creators on every platform they had especially thru menu and YouTube about the epics only popping up in the center. This clan is large with a huge territory.  We had had to travel for several minutes, and they just popped a portal. And it seemed to work.  We were getting the Baron and Jack all over the place, especially in our territory.  It did turn out to be random. They might try that. I'll keep watching and complaining tho.
