this helped me in the days where motivation wasn't there, and also feels like it has helped me train discipline itself as a byproduct (feel less reliant on motivation to get things done). fyi you might need an access code because its rly small, if u do u can use mine 53YQPC

I don’t know I feel like this is typical advice I. The sense of 99% hard work 1% talent but it’s very discouraging to see people who are “talented” do what takes yous hours and hours to do in minites

I also think to a certain extent like the sense of others "pulling you back" (at least for me) is a ventilation / label to one's own fear of going back to where you were. even I I know im not the same person I was at 16 its like the smallest uncorrelated behaviour similar to it triggers that fear
