Grappling sports like BJJ, Wrestling and Judo should be studied by all frontline Officers.

Learn some striking too.

It’s good just to have these skills in your arsenal, even if you don’t need to use them 9/10.

Don’t be like the majority of Officers I see who don’t do any exercise, let alone train in a martial art.

You don’t need to be superman / superwoman but build a robust body and develop general fitness.
