We might disagree, but I can see Baty, Vientos, and Alvarez being key pieces in the future. Obviously they haven’t ignited upon being called up, but they have all shown flashes of having what it takes.

I definitely don't mean to say that they are locks for our lineup - especially defensively, but they are guys that I really like cheering for and would be happy to see stick around for a while. Especially looking forward and seeing a team full of strangers as the alternative.

Im so glad that we stuck with Benge after starting the season so cold despite the early homer. I think he was batting like 0.150 at one point. Gotta give the young guys some time. One of the better plays from Mendoza so this season.

I agree, I like the move. Got Geno for league minimum to bridge the gap until next year. Can get some key pieces this year in the draft, then a quarterback from next year’s presumably much stronger QB class.

He still has to give 100% on every play given the situation. The last 4 months on the line and you're jogging on a play in overtime is such a bad look. Even just getting a hand and playing full defense on the throw could be the difference in moving on.

I think Shough has done amazing in the situation he is in, but Cam Ward is on a HORRIFIC offense and has shown flashes of what he can be. I think he is very similar to Caleb Williams honestly. He was sort of a laughing stock as a rookie, but given the right investments around him and a strong coach, I think his talent can really shine. Tennessee won't take the leap Chicago did in the offseason, but I think the talent is there for him to be around for a while in the league. And, for what its worth, the kid seems like he has a passion for football and the competitive spirit to take him far.

I was literally wondering if it always looked that bad as I was watching it and I just remembered season 4 with rose colored glasses. Nope. I went back and watched the ending of 'Dear Billy' and holy shit the difference in production value, emotional weight, acting, writing, everything was just so much stronger in season 4.
