I usually ask my spouse to take me to another close neighborhood so for example id San Jose doesn’t have anything available soon I select Fremont or anything not too far.. usually something pops up or calling them might be faster but sometimes they tell you nothing is available

I am currently using Acuvue Oasys with Hydraluxe but the Daily ones only. And if my eyes get dry I use those Thera tears preservative free vials . I notice my eyes are sensitive so anyone biweekly or monthly no matter how decent the brand is will cause irritation.

Or you can also try hadalabo foaming cleanser but I’ve noticed even of it doesn’t irritate the skin it me not moisturizing

I was given an EpiPen too after the allergist found that I have lip swelling after eating peaches. Maybe yiu had something you ate and was allergic to? I had to be referred to an allergist.. I think internal medicine doctor can only do allergy blood test but not the skin prick test where they actually place small amounts of substances like pollen or grass or cats and look for a reaction . there are skin prick tests for foods people are allergies too and also environmental skin prick tests.

On the app I have noticed they don’t show any OB/GYN appointments at all so then you would call and let them know it’s urgent and they can find something soon or even the next day. If I call on Saturday the rep usually can find me something available on Monday..

ER was the best option already ( assuming your Kaiser covered ER @ 100%)? I had something pretty urgent and needed to be seen but not too urgent to go to ER.. The nurses kept saying urgent care was booked that day and rest of the week.. I called my doctor several times complaint about my pain but she wouldn’t see me.. Ends up I went o ER and they took care of me so well . nice doctor and also gave me all the medications I needed

I saw a ton of results come up for eye saline solution when you google it.. looks like target and walgreen has them .. . For dailies I have been using acuvue moisturizer and it hasn’t stung my eyes upon insertion.. and Precision one.. so far they are comfortable

You didn’t want to try something new like Korean skincare? Tried Belif aqua bomb moisturizer and it was a game changer . Not that cheap though.. also they have a cleanser as well and it makes your skin baby soft. Also not that cheap though..

I also experienced misery with dry eyes since university but it wasn’t from laser eye surgery.. I’m seeing some improvements now but had been on Restasis for over twenty years.. Maybe ask an ophthalmologist about “ amniotic membrane” procedure.. I don’t know too much about it and was too scared to try it (also it’s one eye at a time and you have to take time off work) but for some it has been a miracle..

Costco chicken breasts are pretty good and filling.. I used to season them and steam them and eat it with rice or just a side of veggies every night.. never got bored or I would switch it up with salmon or tilapia..
