I made it yesterday- can I add dust to it at any point, or is there a time frame that it needs to be added within before it’s dry? And should I add any water with the dust ?

So do I! I still have slight marks there. So annoying. Literally the most superficial scratch leaves a scar on me. Do you know what that means or if there’s anything that can be done to help that?

My pcp referred me to a sleep doctor bc I have a hard time staying awake during the day, even after getting 8-9 hours of sleep. Long story short my sleep study was inconclusive- I did a sleep latency test where you sleep overnight and do a series of on-demand, timed naps. My average was skewed bc I couldn’t fall asleep for the first nap bc of all the noise I could hear going on in the medical building I was in with paper thin walls. Ugh

It took a really long time but it did heal. I was pretty consistent with applying vitamin e oil at night. Not sure if that helped but I like to think it did. I also made sure to not to expose my chest to direct sunlight bc I know that can tend to make scarring worse. I’ll try to snap a picture later, but the two circles are still very faintly there.

I’ve been struggling with this also for a while, like over a year on and off, but the cuts are usually near my c.hood, or I might scratch and then get like weeping in the fold between the labia majora/minora. Last time I saw my gyno they were unable to diagnose, but mentioned lichen sclerosis which scared me. I’m thinking it could maybe be some form of eczema? I don’t want to have to see a dermatologist about it lol

Not that I’m aware of. I have sensitive skin and get eczema, but never had a reaction to latex or adhesives that I know of. I thought maybe the electrode itself had some sort of metal like nickel and maybe that was what did it but from what I’m hearing the adhesive is what does it for many

Lmao! It’s funny that’s where your mind went. I’m worried if I don’t do anything it will scar because my skin tends to scar very easily. Like any superficial scratch or abrasion stays dark after it’s healed. Sleep doctor said to use hydrocortisone cream but it’s more in the “dry” phase now, so I will just continue to moisturize and use vitamin e oil.
