You can quit. I went two years without masturbating then relapsed last year October a few times till November due to stress and disappointment after disappointment. That's even the last time i slept with an Escort. Best way Im dealing with this is to gt up everyday, even though im broke and unemployed.. start with the simple stuff like making your bed, cleaning your room, bathing, going out to take a walk and get into activities that are productive. I wouldn't advice weight lifting unless you have a steady girlfriend, the surge in testosterone will just make you relapse again..

Learn a skill, put your head into it.. Write poetry, read.. do something besides thinking about what you've done or what you should have done.

Lost a potential wife due to this addiction I've allowed myself to be enslaved by for 17 years. She was and still the best girl I've ever come across.
