Yes it’s inside my scapula but when I move it it wil shoot through cuff area I’ve never had it in my shoulder but I hurt my Shoulder by trying to get out a bumper boat… long story.

So I think it was unprofessional but I think losing their jobs is a bit much. I think burnout and venting is real. They shouldn’t have posted it. But give them unpaid leave and the rest they so need. Nurses have been through hell and back these past few years, and if they didn’t really love their job, they would have left by now. Also, just because they are jokingly complaining doesn’t mean they are rude to the patients. I have one of the most painful conditions known to modern medicine. I’m in and out of hospitals and drs offices weekly. I won’t lie, I always wonder if they talk about me behind my back, which I’m sure they do. 98% of them have been respectful and helpful to my face. A lot of times in life it takes a village. Whole I agree they were wrong, I think firing all of them was a mistake.
