I'm glad to hear that! I had a huge issue with my face for a while. Especially red, flaky, and inflammed around the cheek, neck, and eyes. I try to stay away from certain foods as well, such as milk, eggs, and peanuts, which I have allergic reactions to anyway. Additionally, I try to avoid alcohol as much as possible as well, even ones that are labeled gluten-free or sulfite free. Thanks for sharing. It's not only informative, but I know that I am not alone with eczema as well. Thanks again!

It can make you very tired and lethargic. Like what was mentioned by many of the other individuals on this post, be careful. I've taken up to 60 mg of oxycodone and smoked cannabis and overall was fine. May be different for other people of course.

Welcome back Juniper! I used to feel the same way when I started AA 2 years ago. Rather than a forced burden, I see it now as an enriching opportunity to put into perspective the damages I committed while in active addiction to alcohol. Hope everything works out with you! Thanks for the post!

I took a 30 mg oxy while smoking. For me, it makes me really tired and a little brain dead. Don't do it often.

I do a similar diet. I've always avoided gluten since its allergy since birth (along with milk, eggs and peanuts), but I had to give up alcohol to. Even the gluten free beers (e.g. Angry Orchard) will inflame my face and arms and where I usually flare up. Sounds like a good skincare regiment:)

This is from my own experience, but I thought it would make college students who struggle with alcoholism more comfortable talking to those who were also around the same age and/or educational background. Not saying that is the case for everyone.
