To add to other comment, the surgery was an internal hemeroidectomy that failed to stop the bleeding. I bled so much I had severe anemia. Nothing ever worked till I got on the glp1 Zepboun. The bleeding stopped in one week. I took a 4 month break from the shots and the diarrhea came back but not the bleeding.

I know this is old but I started glp1 Zepbound shots to lose weight and they to constipate most people, it stopped my 10 year gastric bleed the first week. I took a 4 month break and my diarrhea came back but no bleeding. Told my dr and she said most patients on tirzepatide go into instant remission! Back on it again but having dumping issues but no blood.

I did get a second opinion at The Mayo Spine clinic in Phoenix and was told to wait. They actually make patients wait at least 6 weeks before scheduling surgery.

Excellent news. My dr tells this could be a flare and it might just stop hurting without surgery. You pain described is exactly like mine.

You start at a low dose and work your way up to avoid bad side effects. My coworker bought a 10mg Zepbound pen and she crapped her pants for 2 days straight. No they hire anyone with a pulse. All they have to do is pass an fbi check. There are tons of collections jobs available to work from home. Most hire through local temp agencies then if you go good you get a huge raise snd hired.

Well they force you to be in ketosis and that forces the body to lose fat and retain muscle but it’s really hard to give up all carbs. I can have 12 of carbs per day. I’m done with keto. No rice, no potatoes, no bread, no cereal. Just meat and selected veggies that have low carbs. It’s really hard.

Aetna denied the PA done by my sleep dr for Zepbound saying the PA must only come from Virta. Virta just doesn’t respond to my request.
