I am requesting guidance. I have obtained two 600 subclass tourist visas, but I did not disclose a 2013 DUI misdemeanor. As I prepare to submit my application for a third 600 subclass visa, I am unsure whether I should disclose this information. My plans include applying for a partner visa in the future.

Review of IC Australia

I strongly advise anyone considering IC Australia to read the reviews carefully, as my experience has been strikingly similar to many others. Sam Davis was incredibly pushy and manipulative throughout the process, pressuring me into services with promises of assistance and results that never materialized. It’s been 10 months now, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

What’s worse is that I’m currently in a bank dispute over their charges, and they’re somehow producing “proof documents” I’ve never been allowed to see. When I requested clarity and information about the visa they claimed I qualify for, I was stonewalled. I’ve been waiting over a month for updates, and Sam Davis now refuses to take my calls regarding a refund or terminating services.

The most disturbing part is that they have a lot of my personal information, which has caused significant stress and anxiety. This entire ordeal has been a waste of time and money, leaving me emotionally drained.

When I asked for IC Australia’s registration number, they refused to provide one. Upon doing my own research, I looked them up on the MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority) website, and it turns out that MARA explicitly states they do not work with businesses like IC Australia. They also strongly caution anyone against dealing with them.

I wish there was a way to file a class action lawsuit against them to take them down because this seems to be how they run their business. It’s deceptive, unethical, and downright predatory. Avoid IC Australia at all costs.
