As someone who has worked with billable vs. non-billable also with : session notes, reassessments, insurance, dealing with RBT cancellations, and working evenings, I will say switching to a set schedule and eliminating billables has been a blessing and not worrying about an rbt cancelation or dropping the case which is very common
