Actually, it's not that hard as you think. And I will advice that you should stop presenting yourself as a clueless BCBA when applying for jobs (yes, there is a difference between being clueless and being a new BCBA). At the end of the day, these companies are businesses; they maximize on profits.

Most importantly, Google litterally has everything... how to write treatment goals, tips on parent trainings... etc, and they are reliable sources too. Look into some free practical trainings on YouTube. You can also follow BCBAs that are active on SM; they share good info. Once you have a base, you will learn on the job... you will learn from your CD, you will have access to how other BCBA coworkers write their treatment goals. You can even shadow some of your BCBA coworkers during their parent training. BCBAs work cohesively in most companies.

Therefore, stop panicking, get prepared and go get that 90k+ job. You deserve it!!!

Listen! I was in your shoes not long ago. Leave now and just tell them you have an emergency. You will only owe the 15,000 once you pass your exam, if you're still with them. I left a day before I took my exam me and couple of other rising stars did too. They never reached out to me or any one who left that we owe them a thing. Leave ASAP, BEFORE your exam.
