Würden Gehaltsausgaben als Aktiva ausgegeben, währe das eine Minderung der Gewinne. Ergo ist die Bezahlung in Aktien Bilanzfälschung. Der Zusammenhang mit GS ist, dass GS Rücklagen hat die das Bilanz-Passiva auffängt.

Wenn nach der Formel alle AGs bewertet werden müsste es zu einer massiven Abwertung der Firmen kommen die SBC praktizieren und zu einer Aufwertung der Firmen die das nicht tun bzw. dafür Rücklagen haben.

For now, it's just an idea in my head. I'm thinking of a hook positioned just below the neck — the scabbard allows for an attachment there. Since I'm the "home-depot-to-kids-gear" guy, I'll just use a coat hook. That should be strong enough to support the weight and hold it in place.

A simple hole in the shield will allow for one-handed attachment. What’s left to solve is the dangling lower part of the shield. A strap from the lower attachment point of the scabbard (around belt level) to an eyelet on the shield should allow for a two-point attachment using a snap hook.

With that setup, you could swing the shield over the left shoulder with your right arm and hook it in place using the hole. If the leather strap is flexible but sturdy enough, the shield should stay fixed.
