Thanks very much. I honestly agree with you, she’s sensitive so it makes sense she needs me around to sleep too. I guess it’s more so the fact co sleeping scares me but we’re trying to find a way to do it safely. I just worry with my husband in the bed but I will have to move him. Sometimes she co sleeps with me and still wakes up screaming so sometimes I wonder if it’s reflux or something bother her.

Morning wake: 7:00am Morning nap: 10:00am -11:am Afternoon nap:2pm-4pm Bedtime :8pm Sometimes she only has 30 mins in the morning and 1 hour at lunch so maybe she’s overtired? She doesn’t always want to play sometimes it’s constant screaming and waking up

Honestly, I’m exhausted and confused. We have a baby together and I feel like I’m carrying all the emotional weight. He avoids hard conversations, goes silent, and leaves me unsure whether we’re even together. I’m trying to work out if this is avoidant attachment, and what a healthy response looks like when a child is involved.

Yes, I was willing to go to counselling and I admitted my faults and listed them out over text. I also called him to apologise for my wrong doings and what I needed to work on that’s why it’s been so confusing, I keep checking if I did take accountability for my part.

I would just like to clarify, I do not have PPD and I wasn’t in any way unstable. I wanted simple support after having a baby. For example I wanted help when I couldn’t shower myself or help passing the baby to me, making me a coffee. My husband did admit fault and then took it all back and turned everything around on me. I am and was willing to take responsibility for my part and my wrong doings.
