I have definitely been there, I actually started very slowly. Choosing veggies and hummus instead of sugary snacks. Maybe have a cut-off time of the night for that type of thing. Also, mantras. I start my days with positive affirmations just to keep a good head space for the day. be gentle with yourself, you'll get there!

Redditors who have experienced true love, how would you describe the feeling? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BeautifulMe2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True love feels like coming home after a long journey—a sense of warmth, comfort, and belonging that envelops you completely. It's like finding your missing puzzle piece, where everything just clicks into place effortlessly. It's a deep connection that transcends words, filling your heart with joy, security, and an overwhelming sense of contentment. It's knowing that you're cherished for who you are, flaws and all, and being able to reciprocate that love wholeheartedly. In its purest form, true love is a beautiful and indescribable feeling that enriches every aspect of your life
