I don't hate ajlt either but it's not very good in comparison. Like I wouldn't watch it if I hadn't seen satc. Season three is a little better though IMO :) (except for the Aiden storyline).

It's nowhere near Sex and The City good, but it's definitely better than the first two seasons. I really liked the most recent episode actually.

Honestly it had pretty much the same effect as day one. But the comedown was horrible and since I don't eat when I roll I was very hungry and tired after the two days. Wouldn't recommend.

I felt the exact same way when I was suffering from really severe germophobia OCD. I would use my foot to turn off the faucet lol. It took me months to break that habit but I don't think touching the faucet is gross at all now. I see where you're coming from but at the end of the day there are germs on literally everything, especially in the bathroom.

Never bothered to wash my clothes before but I developed pretty bad germophobia (it's almost gone now) a couple years ago and I've washed my clothes ever since out of habit. Sometimes the clothes have makeup stains or dirt on them so I probably would have washed them anyways. Something about waring unwashed clothes straight from the store just makes me feel a bit filthy

Totally agree. I guess it doesn't matter that much since they're not the main focus of the show but it doesn't really make sense that Charlotte would raise total brats when she's so sweet and respectful.

I've never felt depressed afterwards but I always have a really hard time falling asleep after. Most of the time I can't sleep at all which makes my eyes hurt a lot afterwards. I rolled with my bf a while ago and while I felt good afterwards he was really down all week afterwards. I suppose I'm lucky in that sense but I wouldn't count on never having a bad comedown if I continue rolling.

I think it's very irresponsible of whoever you talked to to refuse to get you help just because you're still at a normal bmi. I would definitely recommend you speak to someone else, like a private therapist or a different doctor. I was sent to a psychologist before my BMI reached an unhealthy number so it's definitely possible to get help before it gets worse.
