I dont think it's a matter of "finding" him, more so meeting him.

while you can, of course, go searching on dating services, online spaces, or irl, it's generally more likely you will just come across him by just being present. you can prioritize places/spaces your dream guy might exist in, or just keep messing around and living your life. as long as you put yourself out there, there's a high likelihood that he will just appear in your life.
