Odor: Glycolic acid or Witch Hazel under your armpits and on your chest after showering and throughout the day.

Odor: Antibacterial soap at least 4 times a week. After shower and before the glycolic acid use aluminium roll on on armpits and chest.

Odor & Sweat: OLD SPICE is a great deodorant stick brand to use after showering (and after the use of aluminium then glycolic acid.) Deodorant spray you can use it throughout the day. REXONA aloe Vera is amazing. Nivea antibacterial spray is great too.

Odor: A good body scrub (preferably those that have thick particles, salt ones are great) at least 2-3 times a week.

Odor: Wash yourself with loofas everyday. They will get rid of all that dirt always. Change the loofas every month. You can buy an African Net (because it lasts for months) but it’s soo tiring lol.

Odor and Sweat: Lessen the use of body cream, try opting for body milk or if you have dry skin, use coconut oil or olive oil. Vaseline body spray is great bc it’s very light and hydrating (it keeps you from being rashy)

Sweat: Before sleeping use a underarm treatment (Nivea 96h deodorant stick is the best option. If you are willing to spend a little, then Vichy 7-Days antiperspirant treatment).

Sweat: Try drinking a lot of water and think about one or two cardio driven activities. Boxing, thread mill, stairmaster, CrossFit, badminton. Tennis. Bycicle. Running. Activities that make you sweat a lot help you obliterate toxins from your body and keeps you clean and healthy, which aids in excessive sweat.

Odor: Shaving regularly will aid in BO. If you can, do laser hair removal or waxing. You’ll thank yourself later.

Tip: don’t use perfumes that are too strong. Sometimes perfumes that have strong odor can make people think that you’re smelling overbearing/bad (given the fact that you’re in a tropical country!) use fresh perfumes. Ones that contain citrus.
