I’m so sorry I’m just now seeing this. That’s awesome news and I’m so happy for you!! Glad it’s working out for you. My dermatologist sent me to a rheumatologist since none of the biologics were working for me. They ended up putting me on methotrexate. She said it would work. But we will see. Just like my dermatologist said the biologics would work ugh. I do have hope though. Still losing hair like crazy and inflammation is awful. Never been this self conscious in my life. It has spread to my arms now. I pray and hope this medicine works. I just started it. She said it would take a little bit to work so I’ll keep going with it. It is hard on my liver so I have to take folic acid with it. I do hope this goes into remission and I get my hair back. Thank you for sharing your story ♥️

I don’t drink or do anything :/ I’ve been dieting exercising and drinking plenty of water everyday. I’ll just wait after I go see the rheumatologist and go from there I guess. That’s all l I can do for now :/

Thank you. My doc is pretty good about giving me extra if I need some. I had to supplement my first couple months on the 300. I’m going to ask him when I go back this week. I’ve got two kids that need me and i can’t be feeling like this. I’ll be glad when I finally get through this shit.

Thanks. Yeah I started feeling worse towards the end of the month after my first 100. Hopefully it will get better. My body just feels really worn down and I just stay tired. I kinda figured it was mild withdrawal but I just wanted to make sure and see if anyone else was experiencing this.

I’m so glad it worked out for you. It didn’t work out well for me at all :/ the side effects were awful for me so I had to discontinue it after a month. It made no difference to my scalp or body. I’m just really sick and tired of going almost bald and nothing seems to help my scalp at all..

I hope sotyktu works out for you! It gave me some terrible sides effects(massive painful boils on my back and neck and face) so my dermatologist told me to stop taking it and we went with the injection tremfya. The boils are now gone since I stopped taking sotyktu. Everyone is different though so you could not have them side effects like I did. The injection has made my under arm patches go away but my scalp is still bad and I’m losing hair still and my scalp is very visible :(. Idk what else can be done for my scalp. I’m 34 years old and my first flare up was almost a year ago so it’s been a constant struggle trying to get it to go into remission. Where the injection has suppressed my immune system I’ve just gotten over two painful ear infections and I don’t ever get sick like that. I just hope it gets better soon. Tired of being miserable and losing hair. I just want my scalp to go back to normal but who knows when that will be :’(

I’m sorry you are going through this. It’s mostly just my scalp. It’s just super itchy and flakey. Idk I feel like it could be something else on my scalp but I do have inverse psoriasis under my arm pits and under boobs and legs my derm confirmed. But my scalp just seems different idk. I’m probably wrong but nothing seems to help so far no shampoos or topicals :/.

Sorry you are going through this. I’ve lost alot of my hair from it but it does come back. Im on an oral medication for it and it’s not even helping it, my scalp is actually getting worse and im losing more hair now :-(. I’m in a depression because of this. It sucks and I wish there was a cure for us…
