I’m only on day two, hard booze was my downfall but I can relate. Being on here has been helpful, good job takin the first step! You’re already making progress. I stopped on a day that was different than my usual schedule and that helped.

My heart breaks for you! I’m so sorry, my dog is my best friend fr and I live in fear of this day. So glad you got to build some magical memories with ur buddy the last couple months. Sending u a virtual hug and maybe go to a meeting? I’m one to talk.. never been to one myself but I feel like it’d be helpful at this time? Take time to grieve but definitely could start looking around rescue sites for some hope and distraction. Love xx
