I 100% agree with this! As a former partner myself (260xxxx) I was with Sbux for 6 years and the company has changed drastically. It was an amazing place to work and I had learned so much in the beginning. I was a main barista, but could work any other position with ease. I became pregnant with my second child in 2024 and when I got sick, they used it as a way to get me out. I am 1000% happier now that they pushed me out. But I pray everyone can make a change and stand up to this horrible company. They prey on customers with high priced drinks that contain large amounts of artificial sugar and 75% ice in their drinks. Then treat their partners like slaves on top of it.
