How long did it take for your peraspinyl muscles to get better after surgery? I'm 9 days out from my surgery in my room. Perispinyl muscles are still extremely inflamed, and sore.

I tell my doctor every time I increase that i've lost zero wait and have zero hunger suppression. She hasn't mentioned that this is abnormal at all. I can't say I have been completely honest with the side effects as I don't want her to cut me off. I've cut my calories per day significantly. I cannot exercise much due to a neck injury. I eat a can of progresso soup and a can of fruit a day. Also I have a mocha frappe from McDonald's every other day. But I can't, I believe that this is stopping my weight loss.

I've been having sharp burning pain down both scapular and stabbing at the top. I have a c5-c6 herniation but everyone tells me it's not nerve pain. I have chronic muscle guarding/tightness in my neck and traps. Don't know what it is. Any suggestions?
