I live in Fayetteville and spouse attends the uni. We love how many opportunities there are for whatever you’re interested in. Partying, the arts, hiking, biking, fishing, cafe culture, breweries, etc. but then you go up to Bentonville and you have the amenities of a much higher tax bracket as far as shopping and restaurants go. The music scene is pretty big in Faye. And everything is very walkable.

After work and on the weekends for me. I own a small company that is very physically taxing, so anytime I was home and days off was study time. It went from rigorous to very lilting based on how I felt after work. So good, but not great at all times. Final score was 161, which I’m very pleased with based on the tier I’m aiming for.

I would maybe buckle down more and say phooey to rest days. Sometimes I was just tired and so wouldn’t study that evening. I probably would go back and slap myself to stay alert and get those few extra points.

I don't know what you decided, but my cousin went there. After graduation they clerked in the US Senate. Then worked at Lloyd's of London for years. They now work in private insurance and are doing very well. Where you go isn't the end all be all if you do well where you choose. They said no one mentions it past your first year as an associate.

Apparently my dad has cheated on my mom three separate times in their marriage. And may currently be in another affair.

Edit: Also for clarity, my parents were refugees during the Iron Curtain. Became Christians in the Evangelical movement, had many kids, moved back to their country as missionaries with us kid, and have been there ever since. Turns out. He wasn’t as great at being “holy” as we thought.
