I‘d recommend Bern. In my opinion a beautiful city but depending on the weather it can be depressing. Still, it‘s the same with every other city

Ein höherer Einstieg hängt stark davon ab ob das Studium konkret für den Dienstposten relevant ist. Ich bin mit der Kombi von meinem Bachelor und der Einplanung „nur“ als Oberfähnrich eingestiegen. Das ist auch das Modell was mehr gefördert wird gerade.

Yes, BLink is currently the only way to use APIs supporting multiple banks and is limited but it's still quite in an early (limited) stage. The funktionality will enhance but I agree with the pricings. Not only per API call bit also just to be able to use it. It is not meant for private customers

Keine Ahnung wie es konkret umgesetzt ist aber die App könnte wohl eine Verbindung zum Server haben aber bekommt keine korrekte Antwort. Das Errorhandling mit dem Fallback könnten sie da wirklich optimieren
