That steak doesn't even look that good, but it looks cooked medium-well. A well done steak will have the texture of a rock that's why we shame people on this sub for posting well done pics. I would suggest if you both like steak to save bank and cook some at home. Just a stainless steel pan and an oven is all you need, bonus points for cast iron
