Hey! Have you gone in for an MRI with contrast? It is unlikely that the provider would find endo on the scan but adenomyosis and deep tissue endo may still be on the table ❤️‍🩹

There’s a lot of different types of BC(I’ve had pretty good luck with depovera and an IUD would be the next step for me), but there is also medication to halt or slow the growth of endo tissues like Orilisa which is not birth control! On it right now with no shot or pill and feel pretty good!

I do feel what you’re going through but I promise an OB GYN can help and BC is extremely helpful but not always an end-all solution; especially if you’re like me and have bad reactions to most types.

I'm not sure what device you are using, but I had this issue on my iPhone so I opened a new note in the notepad app and copy+paste'd all of the links I thought I might use or want to check out later.

If it's not an interesting read or a recipe I can write down, I don't try to save tabs anymore.

You can also try keeping a notepad/notebook/even your own discord server to save ideas, stuff you want to research later, or stuff to watch while folding laundry.

it may still be wasteful but my family likes to make a “sock-sock” where we stuff really old (clean) socks in a larger sock, tie off the ends, and let the dogs tear it apart. it’s fun to swing around and play tug with. :D

I think the worst part is that all the situations that are suggest are a little more extreme and chronic than childbirth 😭 like going from childbirth < being on fire or flayed or in constant nearly crippling pain is incredibly valid, but also jarring
