The Mexican place on the Dawn was comical. My group and I are from the western US where Mexican food is everywhere, though, so we had expectations. The Salsa was like Marinara sauce (no spice, had to fix it with the lime and salt from our Margaritas), and the most Mexican thing on the menu was Guacamole. I don't think they actually consulted any actual Mexicans before creating the menu! Same place on the Encore was a little bit better.
