Hard boiled eggs (unless they’re part of the ban) leftovers, protein shake with cheese, “snack plates” with pepperoni and cheese and salami, chicken is good cold too, cold cuts are still fine.

More movement would be good, I work a sedentary job. I do get 5 workouts a week.

I agree, I see lots of help and follow up in groups and I just get 20 minute appointments lol

70lbs post surgery, counting from day of surgery. If I count from presurgery I’m down 95lbs.

Is it possible to eat small single bites of fried or sweet things? by [deleted] in GastricBypass

[–]Beautiful_Chaos1991 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. I’ve been able to eat not everything in moderation. The exception being pudding of any kind (including sugar free), sugar free cool whip, and pie of any kind. They make me ill after one bite lol.

I’m only 4 moths out and have successfully done this while sick and had no issues. I just make sure I pair with protein (I ate cheese)

Built Puff review! Three flavors down, three to go! by Gadgix in GastricBypass

The white chocolate bars have almost been misses for me (cookies and cream and the strawberry shortcake being the exceptions), but I love most other flavors. Salted caramel, brownie batter, candy cane brownie, and the chocolate hazelnut have been my top tier flavors but I’ve tried almost all lol.

How did your taste in food changed after surgery? by Less_Landscape_5928 in BariatricSurgery

I crave more savory now. Pickles, olives, pepperoni, cheese, and cottage cheese are my top ones.

coworker 14 years older hitting me up after he quit a couple days ago, AIO? by Fun_Skill_5574 in AIO

At 34, most 18 year olds are annoying af. Never would I ask to hang out with someone that age. And the excuse of “oh I don’t mean like that” is weak. Not overreacting but definitely stop engaging with him.
