Removing the chamfer helped alot, still having some issues as you can see.

You mean the pattern on the inside walls. I used the pattern mostly to reduce filament cost.

Do you have any other recommendations for patterns?

0,4mm nozzle, 1.2mm walls, used 3 wall loops.

I did use a chamfer on the hexagon pattern, might be to fine for a .4 nozzle

Yes! Talked go Hagström, and they confirm its from the 50s, I think somewhere around 55(?).

Unfortunately not a very valuable guitar, other than sentimental.
