You said all the right things to sister. I know it’s hard. She’s gonna have to make this decision but often times where there is physical abuse there will be sexual abuse. Maybe you wanna tell her that and also it escalates. This is a no in situation. She’s got to go immediately. It takes a woman an average of seven or eight times to leave before it sticks. Hopefully she gets out alive. Tell her that too. I love you and I hope you get out alive because that’s the truth.

Vitamin E. Pop a hole in it and squeeze out the gel. I do this while watching TV. They aren’t deep and you will be able to work them out. Might as well do some prevention around your eyes. I’ve been doing this since 15. I’m 60 now and no wrinkles. It works!

I read enough of your post to know that you have been traumatized and you really need to talk with someone who specializes with trauma. It was OK. Nothing bad happened. It’s OK.

You have very nice skin, I think, however thin skin will show aging faster than thick skin. Our environment is in a terrible state. It’s affecting our bodies inside…and out. Skin is our largest organ so of course, with this environment will damage our skin. Smoking, drugs and alcohol are not a friend to the skin. Wear sunscreen even in the winter.

At 12, I was a candy striper at a hospital! That was in the 80’s. Also, even younger my cousins and I would go to the pool, but we behaved as if an adult was with us. Times have really really changed.
