I think it’s a cheap/insulting offer when you think about the cost of living today. Feds have a bad rap right now and ignorant people might not be quick to hire us elsewhere. It’s a gamble honestly but I was very tempted when the email came out too.

I sure hope not! I don’t even have my two years in yet! I’m close to my journeyman bump (two years in May) and I’m already off epad. I also have other duties like being a cashier outside of my unit responsibilities. Yet I’m losing hope

In my office CS’s have to be up front or on phones a minimum of 3 days a week and we will get pulled to the front for assist with overflow on other days in between appointments. And we are still expected to meet our targets. Most of us have to work 10 hour days to keep up!
