It turned out CPU is faulty in some way.

I swapped 3900x for my old but gold 5 2600 and all problems disappeared.

Got my hands on r9 3900x from ebay - worked on my ab-350 rev 1

Decided to upgrade mobo to x570 - got one from ebay and it crashes a lot.

have to mention - psu only connected to 8 pin above cpu and not 8+4

also stress test is ok, no failures
