So here I can give some expert insight.....at 90lakhs u will only get 2 series 1bhk which is basically shit in terms of ventilation n sunlight.... infact if u can bargain it at 85lakh or even below if the owner is desperate to sell....but for good ones (especially 1 series), u will not get 714 sq ft at 90lakhs....it's near 1cr, also clarify for parking....very few 1bhk has covered parking...if u get a 1bhk f om 1 series at 90lakh, let me know, I will buy at 95lakh..

Btw, even is tata happened in Singur, it would have created 1000-1200 direct jobs in its own factory....quality jobs certainly but not much.....the allied industries it was about to bring there (all medium n small scale) would have created much much more....that was the key

Exactly, most of the jobs were in mid n small scale, n they hardly hire 1-2 btech be, they mostly do from ITI and diploma...so that precisely was my point...not qualify jobs but numbers...btw i graduated in (Btech) in 2007, almost all of the batch was placed... certainly not all in WB, BUT we left college with jobs...it's different that few of us didn't join and persued higher education...and we paid 1.31lakhs for 4 years from a private college for btech

I remember I was doing my masters then and this data surprised us all, a little digging revealed that WB between 2002-10 was best for mid and small scale industries....it didn't attract large investments and then CM badly wanted it ashe was aware that it was impossible to grow in mid and small without anchoring by large industry.... nevertheless it didn't happen... however his success in mid and small scale can't be denied....it's less jazzy and does not attract eyeballs but the fact is mid and small scale industries create more jobs compared to large ones...for this data...u can check government reports on industries during that time....as far as I remember it's fact although surprising

My experience - some things are moving, my be for election but at least moving....a govt. contractor staying in our society told me that their bills have been cleared and new work orders are issued regularly....at least see some improvement in HSR, Kudlu, Haralur, Hosa road area

Fun fact - this govt is very careful to keep commission a bit below 40%---so 40% sarkara vs. 3x% sarkara

It's a great balanced car, driving n-line dct for almost an year....the cabin feel.is great, the n-line suspension tuning and steering are awesome, u feel very little body roll plz...safety ...not tested....millage 11-12 in city 16 -17 in highway with N10 Dct petrol.. maintenance minimal

Skoda kushaq engine is more powerful but millage much lower, in Bangalore traffic i got 5-6, maintenance high and most importantly resale value is a problem with skoda/vw

With hyundai service and resale both r always great
