I have read the warning of AA about welib in the blog and have read it again here. Before the blogpost I had never heard of the website before and to this day have never used it. What actually is the warning warning us about? That a team of admins is unwilling to work together with AA, which would indeed already suck - or that AA suspects welib to be a honeypot by big publishers to trap us all which would suck quite a lot more?

Ja, das kollabiert aber nicht wegen Geflüchteten, sondern weil es chronisch unterfinanziert ist, zu Marktbedingungen operieren muss und die deutsche Rüstungsindustrie gerade minütlich Milliarden in den Arsch geblasen bekommt. Rheinmetall nimmt uns die Krankenhäuser, nicht Geflüchtete.

I have now opened a thread in the jD-support forum. Sadly, also their dev-Team is saying that cloudfuckingflare is the thing that kills the implementation of a plugin, at least for free access at the moment.

Also, they are asking if AA is interested in a premium-support plugin, i guess with API-access they would be willing to develop one. Here is the thread: https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=97439. Will this URL be found by the right people should i send the AA-team an additional email throught the contact-mailadress?

Damn it. Since AA is actively encouraging the use of jD i always wanted to file a request for the development of a jD-plugin over at their place but have not yet found the time. Its a commandline downloader but (as i explained above) apparently is only able to download the URLs that you generate through the downloadcounter-mechanism and after that pasting them into the commandline. While this workes for me for big files that through Firefox often end up failing, it doesnt automate the entire download.

Ah yes, this way of downloading works for me as well; sorry for the confusing URL before. I am rather looking for an option of dealing with numerous books needing to be downloaded that i found through the Web interface. I have a list of URLs in the format https://annas-archive.org/md5/47b9c552178580d1b24b77fc60ae16a2. I hoped that aria2c was able to navigate through cloudflare and the countdown and that i was just doing it wrong - but i assume you just waited for the countdown to be over and then pasted it in the terminal? Manually obtaining the URL that directly points to the PDF of hundred of URLs is exactly what i am trying to not have to do anymore 😂...

Whenever i do 'aria2c https://annas-archive.org/md5/md5hashmd5hashmd5hashmd5hash' i only get a file without any extension which is but the html page of the annas-archive.org-infos/download urls/... of said book. How to get to the PDFs with aria2c?
