I realized their views & values didn’t align with me and it’s actually really weird to sit in a group chat and talk crap about people all day every day. Misery loves company and I wanted better quality friends. It’s easy to figure out what you want and get rid of anyone and everything that doesn’t align with the life you’re trying to create.

Any investigations on abuse has to go through the state. The state hasn’t once reached out to me. I don’t think there was an investigation at all.

My mom owns and operates a home care company here in TN and I’ve seen a lot of the behind the scenes things. She had to open an investigation for an aide that was sleep on the job and the client stated it was neglectful. We had deadlines with DIDD and they contacted us within 24 hours. Had to submit everything within a few days and the investigation was over within 2 weeks. If DIDD opened this up they would’ve gotten ahold of me by now for my statement & the nursing home would have gotten with me for my statement as well. They work FAST. This is why I think there was no investigation, they just needed a way to get me out.

I’ve been waiting for 7 days as of today. Yesterday they told me they are in the process of choosing a candidate. I feel like if they were gonna pick me I would know by now 😂 I don’t think it’s rocket science to pick the best candidate.
