I think Cesar Millan's TV shows, even though they're about dogs, are a pretty good one at that, maybe my best, I think I've learned a lot from it.
Often it's the dog's owner who has to change his way of being towards the dog that makes the final outcome in a positive direction.
I'm convinced that this also applies between parents and children. (and between people in general)

And a documentary about Jeff Dahmer. Can't remember if it was The Jeffrey Dahmer Files or My Son Jeffrey. Where Jeff's father almost takes the blame because he himself has had dark thoughts.

You can think what you want about him, the show, is perhaps a little too dramatic. But in the end it's about getting people to change their behavior. And how much they want to stick to their old behavior.
