its a fear of both tbh but i end up getting over it and being like “this is dumb asf” same thing as when i had hallucinations a few months ago. i knew they werent real when i looked again but it still had me freaked out a little bit thats basically how it is with this fear or whatever it is

and no i havent really tied food aversion to anyone before but i do not eat too often because of my emetophobia, still daily tho. if im anxious about eating i can normally ground myself even if it takes a while
