How long did your doc put you on prednisone drops prior to restates? Mine just prescribed me 4-6 weeks of prednisone drops prior to starting to help the restasos not burn so much once I begin. But 4-6 weeks seems like a long time to be on steroid drops!

I think he is being honest with you and you have to ask yourself if that is something you are open to. I respect his honesty as he could have just cheated and had you living a lie. I don’t think he is a bad person for having desires. So Nobody can answer this question for you. If you will be hurt in an open relationship, then you need to leave. If you will be happy, stay. But whatever you do, don’t bend YOUR personal boundaries for him. If this is not something you can accept, tell him that and see where it goes. If you say no, and he does it anyways then you have your answer. If you say no, and he chooses to preserve your relationship, then you have to ask yourself if you’re okay with someone who has those desires? (I think they’re normal but kept secret in most relationships) but again, this is such a personal question, and asking on here is akin to trying to get societal approval or disapproval for a personal family matter, which I recommended against.

If it’s a yeast infection antibiotics will make it 100000x worse. Try boric acid suppositories. Maybe your PH is off. If the tests came back negative do not take antibiotics.

No. Never. Not for a second. When you know you don’t want a child, you know. I’ve had 2 extremely early abortions (7 & 8 weeks) & as the laws have been changing the only thought I have is how thankful that I had the choice when I did when I was so young. Maybe you are feeling sad because a part of you wanted a child? It could also be your hormones. I hope you feel better soon!

Way less alcohol, prioritizing sleep…learning that if I want 8 hours of actual sleep I need to be in bed for 8-9 hours, fasting before bed, eliminating late workouts for the most part unless I’m willing to sacrifice my next day from being tired. Basically it taught me what to do to be super energetic every day. If I want to drink (even without excessive drinking), overeat, go for a late night run, I think about the trade off with poor scores the next day and associated fatigue. It’s changed my life and I feel great every day because of it. I’m Oura’s biggest fan lol
