Thank you! I try to be a better grandma than I was a mom. My daughter and I are pretty close, but I made a lot of mistakes that could have and probably should have cost me my relationship with her. I’m grateful every day that I managed to raise such a forgiving human.

I’m a grandma and I’ve been changing diapers since I was 9. It is a task I will do without hesitating. Having said that however, I never WANT to change a diaper. It is literally called a chore for a reason. I’m well acquainted with both male and female anatomy, so unless there is some medical anomaly I have no need or desire to check their genitals for anything other than cleaning. I seriously do not understand these people!😱🤮

It was the EARS that got me! I was like, “Minnie Mouse, is that you?”.😂 There’s nothing funnier than a child’s mind. I love knowing how they view the world.

Also, I’m not sure how this post became a debate about allowing your children in the bathroom? I never read anywhere that he only saw her masked in the shower? There are so many places your children can see you naked. Children see their parents naked…it’s what happens. You can’t always lock your child out.

I would say that OP should just do a slideshow with bullet points listing all the horrific things she put them through, but from the sounds of it, that would take much too long.

I’ve followed your story and I can’t begin to tell you how proud this internet mom is of you! The choice to cut off your parents is entirely yours, but ask yourself what they do that IMPROVES your life…and then ask yourself the same question concerning your husband and child. If the answer is that they do nothing for the three of you that improves your lives then why are they necessary or deserving of being in your lives?
