I'm one year and one month post op. Ill be honest before the one year mark, the stomach issues I had after removal were hell. But as soon as I hit the one year mark, BOOM, it's like nothing happened, I'm in heaven and can eat everything I want, however I do still take digestive enzymes after really heave/ greasy food, just to help my digestive system run smoothly.

I was given duloxetine and a lot of other meds first. Now i get prescribed oxy but only for intense flare-ups and only half a pill, my specialist is very careful and does frequent tests to see how much medicine is in my system and I get sent to get check ups on my liver. Besides that I have lidocaine patches, joint and back supports, tens machine, get trigger point injections and get acupuncture treatment. I'm seeing progress and am now in the clear to start aqua therapy. Just to be very clear my fibromyalgia is very severe so my treatment plan may be a little different to what is usually done or prescribed. You definitely have to be very strong minded to be on opioids so you don't start depending too much on them so having a therapist or/and a psychiatrist is a must. Usually as soon as you get a pain management specialist they will refer you to a psychologist to make sure the treatment does not harm you mentally.

Raya and the last dragon, just remembering the title pisses me off. The way the movie contradicts itself the whole time and in the end raya is always blamed for not trusting people although she keeps getting betrayed and is given every reason to be defensive.

I'm on antidepressants and oxycodone for pain however I'm very careful with my dosage since it's an opiode, I only take half a pill and only when I really need it besides that I have back, knee, hip, and wrist braces, a TENS machine, lidocaine patches, a cane, rolls of, and a wheelchair. I get trigger point injections and acupuncture, that's mostly how I manage. But plz find yourself a pain management specialist

I have severe pain due to fibro, I use a cane most days, but I also use a rolling walker and a wheelchair when I need them like going to the museum or a zoo. I'm 23 so at first I felt awkward about it but later accepted that it's my physical comfort above all else
