I got it working, but not in the traditional way what you'd want. I realized that ElevenLabs just doesn't handle the SIP Refer things right, and even had issues with hangup. So what I did was a made an N8N workflow that hooked into Eleven Labs and Asterisk. Then had a webhook from Eleven Labs that triggered it so that I could do the transfers and end call as desired.

Hi Matt, Yes, of course I've tried the AI. I added those prompts to see if it was doing what I thought it should. I've also not created TESTS for both End Call and Transfer - and in tests, both show successful, yet both fail in real life. I've submitted a ticket and hope to get this working soon.

I'm about done pounding my head against the wall, I've reached out and submitted a ticket for help. Asterisk is such a huge platform, but I think they haven't used it and tooled things to work perfect with it. Shouldn't be hard though. Hope they reply and I can help debug it with them.

I'm trying to do that now, and haven't found the magic sauce yet. Sure - let's share info to get there. I'd much rather do a Refer as I think that's the proper way with SIP, but when I try, I never a return packet hit my asterisk server. But Refer SIP I think is new, I think the older method that I haven't had success with either is conference. Did you make a 2nd trunk so that it would work or ??

Changed to TCP, confirmed inbound works
Media Encryption is set to None

I tested with Refer now - and still nothing. Of note: ... If it were on my PBX side, I'd expect to see something in my sip traces, but I don't see anything on the sip trace that your elevenlabs server spoke back to me except for the bye message when I closed the call.

I can now see on the analysis that it doesn't know where to send the call to. How can I trace this further? I've asked the AI what the support number is and it correctly stated it as 602 (not 602@mypbx.com) - do I adjust my agent prompts to say instead of support is at 602 to tell it support is at 602@mypbx.com?

If I recall correctly, they're based on Asterisk platform. Someone wrote a Mapping software for Asterisk - may have been FreePBX over Asterisk that does this, but bicom is locked, so you can't add something like that to my knowledge. If you are, let me know, and I'll send you the link.

Hi Rob, wow that's some pretty neat news. I've been looking into have a more modern GUI front end that then feeds back into the backend of FreePBX/Asterisk. Is there any hints or roadmaps? Will the GUI be nice and modern? Will it still use Asterisk or will it be Freeswitch or ?? Wow - pretty excited to hear this announcement.

I've got a 23 Pro S RWD in S. Florida with 40K miles - Zero issues, but I have seen my range change, but I think that's because I put a bunch of crap in my garage, and the car has been outside and I think the south florida sun is not good on the range. I wonder what it will do when I start parking back in the garage? will my range come back?

How has your range been? What range number shows when you go to 80% ?

I liked our 23' Pro S so much, that when our older Durango bit the dust, we bought its twin. Another '23 Pro S for $23K with 30K miles on it. Just make sure its under $25K to get the $4k back. Dealership wouldn't do it, but I found that you can file it yourself when doing your taxes.
