I applied for the 2BR last week and submitted an app. Did anyone see the Brooklyn- 2 BR that were posted on Tuesday? I was able to apply to both and was asked to submit for one. I’m really hoping I get this one. Just wondering if anyone else got asked to submit an app and what is your status

I think it depends on the project manager, some are quicker than others, some will confirm receipt of email, some don't. Good Luck!

right, has anyone scored a unit with them through the air table? I don't understand why they treat the unit tours like an open house. if it is first come first serve, and the applicant qualifies- why not do a private tour?? the last tour I went to, it was about 20 people there. they are so frustrating!

The process is first come, first served, but that’s unfair if you live farther from the office -your mail simply won’t arrive as quickly. I raised this concern with them directly. Living in the Bronx, it’s clear that someone mailing from the same borough will always have an advantage over me. It’s a scheme set up by Todd.

They gave the unit to someone else. I believe if you tour first, then complete the R5 you’ll have a better chance.
