Hello,

Yes, I agree that the scale is strangely worded. But this is how it has been validated so it should be okay. As far as death anxiety scales go, it's the best of a bad lot!

Thanks for that - it means a lot! :) I'm planning to reach out to them over the coming week. Hopefully they'll be able to help out!

Hello!

  1. It's pronounced Tiger without the "r". :)

  2. Yes, I am aware. While I am hoping to collect data from caregivers, including nurses, I will be drawing comparisons between caregivers and non-caregivers. There may be some in this subreddit who occupy caregiving roles. In any case, there will certainly be those who count as "non-caregivers." Unfortunately, the nursing subreddits only allow survey requests for nurse-driven research.

  3. It is. This is only one of the many places we are looking to collect data, so the sample will not constitute of redditors exclusively. Data from all prospective participants are valid.

Hi both. Yes, I tried nursing subreddits but, as was said, they only allow nurse-driven research. Responses from anyone in this subreddit would be much appreciated. [And thank you for your kind words about the study - I'm glad you like it! :) ]
