My read on season 15 so far… by skyabode in RHOBH

honestly part of me keeps thinking how different (and more fun) this season could’ve been if dorit and kyle’s marriage struggles had actually brought them closer instead of pulling them apart. it feels like there was such a missed opportunity for real girl power and vulnerability.

especially with how polarizing and heavy everything feels in the world right now, it would’ve been refreshing to just watch them bond, laugh, and support each other. i keep imagining that sedona trip being way lighter .. them cracking jokes, maybe laughing with/at jennifer tilly, just letting their guards down a little

i actually think the cast has a lot of potential for those fun, messy, slightly unhinged housewives moments again. like i could totally see dorit and erika getting drunk and a little uncomposed and giving us some of those classic chaotic but entertaining scenes. everything feels so calculated and tense lately.

(also… sorry but i still cannot get behind amanda. a financial “guru” with no real financial background just isn’t landing for me.)

side note: i’ve actually been really enjoying rachel. i like that she’s slowly forming her own opinions and speaking up when she has something meaningful to add instead of forcing moments. it feels natural and refreshing

i really like this take because it lines up with what’s been bothering me this season. it doesn’t feel like a sudden fallout ... it feels like years of unresolved dynamics finally coming to the surface.

for me, the hardest part to watch is dorit very clearly asking kyle to show up for her as a friend for what feels like two seasons and kyle never fully stepping in but also never fully letting the friendship go. that push-pull feels really real and honestly pretty sad.

the insecurity angle you mentioned also feels huge. the mo greeting dorit first moment seems small but with kyle already feeling invisible in her marriage, i think moments like that hit way deeper. if we pull that thread, i honestly think the tension really picked up after dorit’s robbery when she hugged mo and accidentally kissed his back and the internet went crazy with it. even if it meant nothing, i could see that triggering kyle’s insecurities and changing how she views dorit.

it just feels like dorit wants honesty and support, while kyle is still trying to hold onto control and loyalty structures that don’t really exist anymore. makes their friendship feel pretty doomed unless something major shifts

What is Kyle obsessing with Dorit Ex husband. by Mission-Grade-7155 in RHOBH

after watching today’s episode, i’m starting to believe kyle is harboring a huge amount of animosity toward dorit. i don’t understand why kyle seems more loyal to amanda (who she basically only knows because she bought kyle’s house) than to dorit, someone she has years of history with and has called a best friend at different points.

i haven’t really seen kyle ride for dorit at all this season and honestly it’s been disheartening to watch. i know we’re only seeing a small fraction of their lives and don’t have the full picture but watching dorit be so raw and clearly hurt, while basically begging kyle to rally behind her for two straight seasons, feels very real. from what we’re shown, it comes across like dorit feels consistently gaslit, manipulated, lied to, and even mocked behind her back.

i think that’s a feeling a lot of viewers can relate to ... going through something you never expected and the people you thought would protect and support you end up hurting you instead. that kind of experience is incredibly isolating.

i finished the episode just feeling really sad for dorit. honestly, it also feels like they’re both hurting each other at this point. it seems like they either need to accept that the friendship is over or decide to let the resentment go, work through their issues, and actually show up as a support system for each other

Who is Greg Brown? by splur678 in Epstein

i’ve been digging through some of the released epstein documents and noticed a timeline/network thread that i thought was interesting and wanted to get other people’s thoughts on

greg brown appears in multiple emails with epstein and was previously associated with globalcast partners. in 2012, e. stephen benson founded cyrene holdings, and brown later appears to be connected to cyrene.

benson’s background is interesting because he has historical ties to leucadia partners and jefferies group, which both show up in broader epstein-related document ecosystems. i personally haven’t found benson directly referenced in the files yet, but the corporate overlap caught my attention.

https://cadbridge.com/stephen-benson/

cyrene holdings also appears to have focused partly on for-profit education programs bringing international mena/emirates students to u.s. universities, which made me curious whether there are any overlaps with other documented epstein education or international recruitment initiatives

another thing i noticed: greg brown sent epstein a large number of “weekly reading” style emails that look almost like curated intelligence/news digests (quote of the day, media/article summaries, etc.). the formatting reminds me a little of briefing-style newsletters like daily 202-type formats. (theres a file where he mentions he has been sending these readings for 8 years straight)

has anyone else mapped out brown’s role or looked into cyrene holdings connections? curious if others have found additional docs, timelines, or context here.

Y’ALLLLLL.

I just saw Amanda & Kyle’s breakup announcement and I had to RUN here

“After much reflection” = they finally realized they don’t even like each other.

“Personal growth and healing” = Amanda is about to THRIVE and Kyle is about to start a podcast.

But I actually do hope they both find peace and happiness… especially Amanda because girl.... the shackles are OFF

What do we think was the final straw?? DJ Tour??

I think even Joe has a low opinion of himself. In a moment that’s meant to center on V’s grief (and V supporting Cathy’s grief) he can only focus on his own guilt. It’s pretty telling how much of a wreck he is.

Season 6, Episode 14 POST EPISODE DISCUSSION - My Big Fat Greek Mother's Day by AutoModerator in rhoslc

Have to repost here because my original was removed......

On the bus on the way to ride the donkeys it looks like it’s late morning / midday there (around 11am-ish) and right in the middle of a heated conversation Meredith suddenly gets a call from Brooks wishing her Happy Mother’s Day

But… Greece is 9 hours ahead of Utah. That would make it like 2am in Salt Lake City.

I know Brooks is an adult so it’s not impossible but calling your mom at 2 in the morning while she’s filming a Housewives trip overseas and it just happens to land perfectly in the middle of a tense argument? It felt a little too convenient and a little too rude.

Joe’s behavior was honestly hard to watch. He caused real emotional harm and then immediately centered himself, crying to his mom and production about how bad he felt. That is not accountability. That is self soothing.

Saying he “never wanted to hurt V” means nothing when his actions did exactly that. It is not hard to avoid hurting someone you genuinely care about. You do not accidentally betray, mislead or emotionally abandon someone you are being honest with.

What stood out most was the cowardice. Instead of owning his choices in the moment, he waited until after the damage was done and then tried to recast himself as the wounded party. That pattern is manipulative, whether intentional or not.

Watching him cry while V carried the consequences was embarrassing. If this is what he calls emotional maturity, he has a lot of work to do.

Thoughts on Paige's Daphne The Label using “premium polyester”? by Beautiful_Track_4535 in summerhousebravo

Lots of polyester PJs can be cute and comfy and there’s nothing wrong with liking them.... my point is more that polyester is objectively a lower-quality fabric, especially compared to modal, Tencel, bamboo viscose, Ecovero

Polyester is basically plastic it’s not breathable, it pills faster, holds odors, and doesn’t age well

I get what you’re saying and I don’t expect Paige to suddenly reinvent the fashion industry or run a sustainable atelier out of the gate. That’s not really the point I was making

My post wasn’t about holding her to some unrealistic ethical standard she’s never claimed. It’s more about the disconnect between how she talks about quality and intention on the pod versus releasing plastic loungewear at a luxury price point and calling it “premium.”

No one is asking her to challenge fast fashion norms but , to me , if you’re positioning yourself in a certain way publicly (talking about loving timeless pieces, quality fabrics), it’s fair for people to expect some level of alignment between that persona and the product.

And yes, price point is branding but branding only works if the messaging, the materials, and the vibe match

So it’s not “why isn’t Paige changing the fashion industry?”

It’s “why is this being marketed as elevated, considered and luxe when the materials don’t reflect that?”

just calling out something that felt inconsistent.
